If you would like to cancel your TCO account, this must be done in writing via US Mail, fax (419-735-0211) or by e-mail sent to bookkeeping@tco.com from your TCO or ICU e-mail address. Cancellation requests from any other e-mail address, or by phone, will not be honored. All cancellations must be received before the 1st of the month. Cancellations after the 1st of the month will be charged for that month's service.
